The Regulations called the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2005 issued by the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission govern the functioning of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) and Ombudsman.
